Today in the market, Tuesday May 13, 2008: The market spent a good part of the day in the red, but it ended with the S&P 500 flat and the Nasdaq up. There was some encouraging news but it was balanced by other negative news. It appears to be treading water…maybe ready for a leap to the upside?
